As the kitchen was being dismantled, we also took the opportunity to replace our fridge and freezer and Tom gave useful advice and arranged efficient ordering and delivery. Always great service, had a few items over the years, beds, wardrobes and today a washing machine. Called in last night, with help from a member of staff got the one I wanted and next day it got delivered and fitted in the time they said. Take note Argos this is how you do it!! Fantastic service. I discovered my washing machine had broken beyond repair this morning, so I popped into Horsleys was given advice on the best washing, bought one, and had it delivered less than an hour later! First class service.

I would like to thank Horsleys for the wonderful service received over the last few years. When our washing machine gave up, I could not ask for a better service than to have same day delivery of a new machine, connected for me and with the broken one removed, all at a price equivalent to internet shopping.
