Sales and warehouse assistant! Horsleys of Gainsborough are seeking a motivated and personable individual to join our team in a full time role. Working in our bed department, soon to be based at our new bedroom superstore in Gainsborough market square, this role is full time from Monday to Saturday with a Tuesday off, working from 9am to 5pm each day. The rate of pay will meet the national living wage, to be discussed further at interview. Good communication skills will be essential, as well as being a quick and keen learner.

As a sales and warehouse assistant, the role will be primarily customer service based, guiding and supporting customers on the shop floor. Key duties will include dealing with enquiries, guiding customers through the pre-sales process, and providing general assistance through all departments. You will also handle logistical tasks, including the lifting of heavy items from goods vehicles into our warehouses, and loading vans for delivery. As such, this job is physically demanding, ideal for an energetic, honest personality that’s passionate about customer care.
